filled with questions.

As I sat in a taxi last week, I could not help hearing two women talking about their unhappiness at work. They were so discontented with the payment and advances apparently the company owes them. They went on and on discussing how they paid them very little money (390,000 - I believe this is after tax.) Their complaint was that this money included transportation, housing and up-keep. They could not handle it any more.

Believe me, I had to sit through the whole conversation and weigh what would have been if I where in their shoes.

These where my conclusions, I think it’s pretty unfair that those ladies who are 40+ and supposedly have children are being paying 390,000Ug Shs.
Especially since I got to understand that this money included transportation, lunch and up-keep. This is crazy…

But then I couldn'thelp feeling so sorry for them. If things are that bad, why are they still digging the hole? When should ENOUGH be ENOUGH?

Help me understand…
